Un bref compte rendu du dossier doit être transmis le matin de la RCP AVANT 11h. à l'adresse :

avec les renseignements suivants :
- Nom du correspondant
- Nom de la personne qui présentera le dossier
- Résumé de l'histoire clinique
- Questions à la RCP
